Returns & Exchanges

At Africanjoyflix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account, select the order you wish to return, and click the 'Request Return' button to receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
